1. The Service
Yuelu provides health and sleep management features for iPhone and Apple Watch. Features may include Apple Health data display, sleep summaries, workout metrics, Apple Watch views, watch face complications, widgets, Live Activity, local profile display, and related official web pages.
2. Eligibility
You may use Yuelu only if you can lawfully agree to these Terms and use the app under the laws that apply to you. If you use Yuelu on behalf of another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the authority to do so.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Yuelu is provided for general wellness and informational purposes only. Yuelu is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Do not use Yuelu for emergencies or urgent medical decisions. If you have a medical concern, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you believe you may have a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
4. HealthKit and Apple Services
Some features require your permission to access Apple Health data through HealthKit. You control Health permissions through Apple Health and system settings. If you do not grant a permission, some features may be limited or unavailable.
Yuelu may write workouts, manually saved records, or user-confirmed nap records to Apple Health only when you choose to save them. Apple Health, HealthKit, Apple Watch, ActivityKit, WidgetKit, and other Apple services are provided by Apple and may be subject to separate Apple terms and policies.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use Yuelu in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others
- Attempt to interfere with the app, official web pages, or related services
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app except where applicable law allows it
- Rely on Yuelu as the sole basis for medical, safety, or emergency decisions
- Provide inaccurate information where accuracy is important for wellness calculations
6. Local Data and Privacy
Yuelu's handling of information is described in the Yuelu Privacy Policy. The current version uses a local Sign in with Apple session and does not upload Apple Health data or local profile data to Yuelu-owned servers. You can delete the local account session and Yuelu app data in the app at Settings > Delete Account.
7. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, remove, or change features over time. Some features depend on device model, watchOS or iOS version, Apple Health availability, paired Apple Watch availability, user permissions, and Apple system behavior. Yuelu may not always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device configuration.
8. Intellectual Property
Yuelu, including its app design, text, graphics, software, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms allow you to use Yuelu for personal, lawful purposes. They do not transfer ownership of Yuelu or its intellectual property to you.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
Yuelu may link to official Yuelu web pages or rely on Apple system services. Third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, policies, or availability.
10. Disclaimers
Yuelu is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yuelu and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, health outcomes, profits, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Yuelu.
12. Termination
You may stop using Yuelu at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to features if we believe use of Yuelu violates these Terms, creates risk, or is otherwise unlawful.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as Yuelu evolves. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and make the revised Terms available through the app or official website. Continued use of Yuelu after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
